Fixing Service

I offer a full detangling and fixing service if your mobile is to get damaged or tangled. 

To avoid tangling please hang your mobile straight away - if you’re not quite ready to hang, then just pop it on a coat hanger somewhere safe until you are

Although every step is taken to ensure your mobiles do not get tangled, they are very delicate and instructions must be followed in order to prevent tangling or breakage

Ensure you include a note with your:

- Name
- Email Address
- Returns Address

Please be sure to send your parcel tracked as I cannot be held responsible for any mobiles which are lost in the post - you will be responsible for postage costs back to me. However, I am happy to email a returns label to you at a cost of £5.10 which will provide you with a 48hr tracked & signed postage label back to me which you will need to print yourself (this is probably the cheapest postage option for you)

The untangling package price includes a full detach and re-sew of your mobile plus tracked and signed 48hr return postage back to you once the mobile is fixed

Please note: mobiles may take up to 2 weeks to be fixed and ready to post
