Delivery & Turnaround


Mobiles & Garlands : As each mobile is handmade to order, please allow up to 21 working days before your items are dispatched. Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 48hr using a tracked and signed for service.

Cushions, Poms, Personalised Hangers & Hanging Swans: Usually dispatched within 14 working days. This could be slightly longer during busier periods.

Delivery Costs

Delivery cost will depend on the size and weight of the parcel and country of destination. It will be calculated at checkout, therefore please ensure that you select the applicable country to enable an accurate shipping cost.

Generally, UK mobile & garland orders are charged at £5.10 for a tracked and signed 48hr service, International mobile & garland orders are charged at £12.95 for a tracked and signed service. Other item shipping costs will vary.

UK Delivery Times

We offer a tracked and signed for option as standard on all mobile & garland orders. Your order should arrive 48 hours after dispatch.

Europe and International Destinations

We ship to destinations worldwide.

All overseas orders will be tracked and signed for.

Deliveries to Europe usually take 3-6 working days after dispatch. 
Deliveries to the rest of the world usually take 5-10 working days after dispatch.

These times can vary if your item is held at customs. Please note, any charges incurred at customers are liable of the customer. Refunds will not be processed for any items held at customers due to charges or non-collections. 

Correct Delivery Information

Unfortunately, we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout. Therefore please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination) when placing your order. 

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery and your order is not collected from the courier's depot, they should be returned to us. In this case, we will only be able to offer a full refund if the products are returned to us in perfect saleable condition. Where applicable and return delivery charges apply, we will deduct the cost of returning the goods to us from your refund. In this instance original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
