When will my order be ready?
All personalised items are handmade to order. For this reason please allow up to 21 working days for mobiles & garlands to be dispatched (this can be sooner) . For personalised items, please allow 5-10 working days before dispatch. For all other items allow 2-5 working days before the item is dispatched.
Please note that during busy periods, turnarounds will vary. You will receive an email once your order is made and has been dispatched.
Do you offer express shipping for quicker orders?
Yes! I offer an express service which can be purchased under the mobiles category. You order will be fast-tracked dispatched within 2 working days (this is sometimes unavailable for mobiles, garland and swans however, you will be contacted immediately and refunded if this is the case).
Do you ship internationally?
UK shipping can be anything up from £2.95-£5.10 depending on product.
I offer international shipping at a standard rate £18.95. I cannot be held liable for any customs charges. This is a tracked service.

Why does shipping vary?
Some of my products are sent tracked and signed for based on the cost and time spent / value on an order. Other items will be sent 2nd class signed for. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and will usually arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.
All international orders are sent tracked and signed. Delivery time is on average 48hr for U.K orders, 5-7 working days for European orders, and 10-12 working days for Australia and USA but can be longer if the parcel is held up in customs.
My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes of course! I pride myself of making gifts super special. Just let me know in the notes when checking out and be sure to enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page. Please use their name and address as the shipping address at the checkout. Mobiles and garlands come in a gift box and beautifully gift-wrapped as standard and cushions, poms & hanging swans come in a reusable organza bag. No receipt will be included in the parcel.
Before getting in touch, please ensure you have entered your address correctly (you can do this on your order confirmation email). Then, please check with that you haven't received a card from your postman.. Psst - it may have been left with a neighbour! If still no luck, please email me at handmadescandico@gmail.com
Can I return an item?
Personalised or bespoke designed items cannot be returned.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own expense in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return using a secure postal method, as refunds or exchanges will not be offered for items not received.
If you need to return an item, please email me at handmadescandico@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We can then organise your return and refund.
How can I hang my mobile?
Your mobile can be hung from a hook fixture in the ceiling or from a canopy. Please note that mobiles should not be hung directly above a cot or crib.
If hanging from the ceiling, you can use the long cord attached to simply hang from hook. Height can be adjusted by tying a triple knot in the cord and cutting the excess off leaving a 1inch tail.
If hanging from a canopy, use the smaller loop provided to attach through the canopy ties. Ensure this is triple tied. Then cut the longer cord off with scissors leaving a 1inch tail.
Under no circumstance should a mobile be left in reach of a child to play with. They are for decor purposes only.
